"Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me” (John 14:6).

Our top priority at MBC is to help people discover the truth about God’s gift of salvation through Jesus Christ.  The most important decision you will ever make in your life is whether or not you follow Jesus. If you are still unsure about what this means for you, we are available to answer your questions and share what we believe the Bible teaches about Him.  It would be our joy and pleasure to discuss this with you.

Be in Worship

Next Workshop:  TBA

Coach:  Mike Clements

"Worship the LORD with gladness; come before him with joyful songs."  (Psalm 100:2)

We want you to experience the presence of God.  Worshipping God as a community and as individuals is central to following Jesus.  In fact, we are created to worship God.  The Bible teaches that it is a priority to gather with fellow followers of Jesus for the purpose of worshipping our Creator and Savior.  For this reason, at MBC, we provide people with multiple worship opportunities.  We also have people in place to help you discover what it means to live a life of worship.

Connect in Community

Next  Workshop:  Wednesdays, Febuary 8 & 15, 6:30 - 7:45 pm, Rock bldg, Room 8.

Coach:  Jim Boltz

Contact info:    or phone at 703-361-2146, ext 227.

"Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another - and all the more as you see the day approaching” (Hebrews 10:25).

We want you to enjoy meaningful relationships.  God not only wants us to believe but to belong to his family.  God intends for us to live out our relationship with Jesus Christ in the context of community.  There are great benefits to sharing life’s ups and downs with a small group of believers.  We want to help connect you with a group of people that can be a support system for you and your family; people you can serve, pray, celebrate and do life with.  We anticipate great joy for you as you discover how rich life can be when it is lived in community!

Dive into the Bible.

Next  Workshop:  This class will be offered again in early 2012.

Coach:  Jacques Rancourt

Contact info:    or phone at 703-398-8033

“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work” (2 Timothy 3:16-17).

We want you to pursue life-changing truth as found in the Bible.  Reading, understanding, and applying the Bible to our lives are essential when following Jesus. The Bible helps us grow closer to Jesus as we discover what it means to follow Him.  At MBC, we provide opportunities for you to study the Bible with other Christians as well as teaching you how to read, study and apply the Bible yourself!

Eagerly Serve

Next  Workshop:  Sundays February 5 & 19, 8:30 - 10:40 am in the Rock building, Room 38.

Coach:  Bill Higgins

Contact info:    or phone at 703-361-2146, 285.

“Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not men” (Ephesians 6:7).

We want you to make a difference.  God has shaped every person uniquely with gifts, talents, personality, passions and experiences that equip them to make a difference in this world for him. We want to partner with you to help you discover how to maximize your potential to serve God and help others, and experience the joy that comes from serving God in our time and place.

Faithfully Give

Next Workshop: TBA

Coach:  John Dunn

Contact info:    or phone at 703-331-5576.

“Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver” (2 Corinthians 9:7).

We want you to let God use your resources.  We believe that giving is central to following Jesus, growing spiritually, and being a part of the community of faith – the church.  Giving God control of our lives means giving him control of our finances as well.  We want to partner with you and help you discover the joy of giving.  MBC is committed to teaching a Biblical understanding of money and possessions, setting priorities and helping you gain control of your finances.

Go and Tell

Next Workshop:  TBA

Coach:  Brad Roberts

Contact info:    or phone at 703-291-4214.

"But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have” (1 Peter 3:15).

Next Steps

Additional information will be available on Sundays at 12:15 p.m. in the Next Step room just across the hall from The Rock Worship Center.  Several of our coaches will also be there each week if you would like to talk specifically with them.

May God bless you as you discover what it means to be a fully devoted follower of Jesus!

We want you to share the hope of Jesus with people.  Our ability to be forgiven by God and live with Him for eternity because of Jesus’ life death and resurrection is the reason for our hope in this world. It is our responsibility and joy to share this message of hope with the people God places in our path.  MBC wants to partner with you to help you develop the confidence and tools to share the hope of Jesus. You really do have what it takes to make the ultimate difference in someone’s life.  We want to equip you to do as well as give you opportunities to share your faith with others.
